Terms of Service

A Woman's Eye Home Inspections — Effective Date: June 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, scheduling and payment services, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility and Account Use

To use our website services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and use the Services only for lawful purposes. If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Scheduling

Inspections may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. By scheduling an inspection, you represent that you are the property owner, the owner’s authorized agent, or a prospective buyer with lawful access to the property.

Confirmation: All inspection appointments are confirmed via email or text message. It is your responsibility to ensure we have correct contact information.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection: No cancellation fee. Full refund of any deposit paid.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted inspection fee will apply.

No-show or same-day cancellation without notice: The full inspection fee may be charged.

Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.

Billing and Payment

Inspection Fees: Fees are based on the property’s size, age, location, and any additional services requested (e.g., radon testing, WDI inspection). The cost of all inspections can be found on the website.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due prior to the inspection unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit or debit cards, checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.

Additional Charges: If conditions at the property require additional time, equipment, or services beyond the original scope, we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised quote. Additional charges will not be incurred without your prior approval.

Late Payment: Any balance unpaid more than 30 days after the inspection date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less). You are also responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred in collecting overdue amounts.

Refunds: Once an inspection has been performed and a report delivered, no refund will be issued. If we are unable to complete the inspection due to circumstances within our control, we will refund any fees paid or reschedule at no additional cost.
